Committees
Cougar Ridge prides itself on a high degree of neighbor participation in the groups and committees that work to keep our neighborhood a beautiful place to live. These committees include: Landscape Maintenance, Water System, Annual Financial Review, Governing Docs Update, and Architectural Review. All neighbors are invited to join in and help the neighborhood.
Governing Documents Committee
This committee is primarily responsible for reviewing and proposing changes to governing documents, to remain consistent with all relevant laws and the evolving needs of the community.

Architectural Review Committee
This committee is primarily responsible for reviewing proposed plans and existing building improvements and hardscape landscaping features for compliance with the CC&Rs and corresponding Policies.

Landscape Committee
This committee is primarily responsible for coordinating the maintenance of landscaped common areas. The Landscape Committee also reviews proposed plans and existing landscaping features for compliance with the CC&Rs and corresponding Policies.
