Cougar Ridge is governed by a Board of Directors elected each year at the Annual Meeting in December.  Our governing documents are the Articles of Incorporation, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s), and the Bylaws.  Copies are included in this Welcome Packet.  Please read the CC&R’s to become familiar with the rules governing the neighborhood.  Don’t hesitate to contact the Board President with any questions regarding the CC&R’s.  The Board meets once each month and members are welcome to attend any of these meetings.
